Family Health Checks

Family health checks are at the discretion of each family.  We are asking that you sign our Special Program Attendance Acknowledgement & Disclosure statement which states that you will let us know if you, or any member of your family has been ill, had a fever, shortness of breath, a new or persistent cough, new loss of sense of smell, new loss of sense of taste, been diagnosed with COVID-19 or had exposure to a person who tested positive for COVID-19.  We are relying on our families to keep everyone at our school safe.  In addition, these questions will be asked of you to confirm verbally at drop-off each day.
